It is a very cruel inhuman incident. A planned murder by a father who is well educated is something that shatters all the family values and humanity.I wonder whats the mom’s part?
as for this case, more truth will be disclosed in the coming days, even though the dad (rajesh talwar)claiming himself innocent even when he is being taken into custody.
Honor or no honor its human life thats been taken off.

Was it really a planned one?I dont think so. All the circumstancialevidences suggest that Father was a killer but police submissions are also not update. Casual approah to solve this murder mystery is a point of fear for the residens of largest state of Uttar Pradesh. The truth should come up in a transparent manner.Otherwise people will blame for blundering.

Although i don’t know what exactly Rajesh Talwar has confessed or hasn’t confessed, the media has gotten into overdrive and has pronounced Rajesh Talwar guilty. That isn’t all, they are even having debates on how a father can commit such a dastardly act. All this, even before Rajesh Talwar has been proven guilty in the court of law. This is very irresponsible behavior by the Indian media which is stooping to new lows by the passing day. Meanwhile, the Noida police should shut the F$%& up and carry on with their investigation, which has been shoddy to say the least rather than giving flashy, know-it-all press conferences.

Mate don’t get a little too emotional and declare suspects criminals even before they are pronounced to be so by our courts.

Hold your guns yet. There are several theories going around on this. The police theory has a lot of loopholes. Given the fact that the investigation was botched up from the very beginning, the UP Police may now be doing this to show its competence it by arresting her father.

Who was the first person to be murdered? Arushi or Hemraj? If Hemraj was the witness of Arushi's murder then how can Hemraj be the first one to be killed?

Is the theory that a 45 year old servant and a 15 year old girl in love with each other led to the so called honour killing? That an affair the police claims was a result of the 'discussions' between the servant and the girl about her father's illicit relationship.

This looks highly suspect.

Honor killings happen more in India than in Pakistan. It is just that the world wants to make a villain of Pakistan that such incidents are highlighted. I am glad that the Indian media is not downplaying such killings in recent times.

May the girl and her servant's souls rest in peace. May the real culprit be punished.

With Noida police coming up with new suspects everyday, the case seems to be going really confusing. Dunno on what basis Rajesh Talwar (Aurshi’s father) is being taken into custody but frankly speaking I wish him to be innocent otherwise no daughter will not be able to trust her father……

The entire case and what it is made out to be seems far away from the truth to me. A lot of tampering with the evidence and loopholes in the police versions are clear tell tale signs of such suspicions. It’s sad that cases as imhumane as this aren’t dealt with head on clarity rather speculations and that too are far from convincing.
